Water Colour Arsenal Overlays - These fabulous water colour overlays were hand painted and scanned at high resolution to ensure the highest quality product. These overlays are great for creating water colour papers, adding texture to your papers or used as overlays on photos in conjunction with blend modes. Adjusting opacity and blend modes helps to create a wide variety of results. Enhance even further with water colour brushes available in the Water Colour Arsenal Collection.
These overlays are guaranteed to be sharp at 100% view in your image editor. All overlays are high quality 300ppi and 12x12" in size. The set includes both png and jpg versions of the overlays.

You may not use this set for Professional purposes if it was free or discounted. You may not redistribute the overlays in any way unless incorporated into another design, you may only use them to create digital scrapbook kit papers, and scrapper for hire layouts. You may not use them to make brushes or png format 'brushes', custom shapes , tubes, actions or similar items.
